On the other hand, the self acclaimed african gaint and grammy award winner burna boy also bagged a nomination in the “Best Global Music Performance” for “Do Yourself” with “Angelique Kidjo”. Making him the first nigerian to be nominated three times in a row.
Afrobeat legend Femi Kuti and his son Made Kuti also got nominated for “Best Global Music Album” with “Legacy+“ and “Beat Global Music Performance” with “Pa Pa Pa”.
